i know a lot about many things;
never enough about one thing.

i read. i watch. i listen. i observe.

i want to learn about things that interest me. while many things interest me, i do recognize that things that interest me can be off-beat or a few lanes from mainstream.

caring enough to seek “expert” designation about any one thing eludes me. fear of rejection or success; i have not a clue. still, i do many deep dives into the rabbit holes.

i am from moose factory island which is located on the moose river, approximately 11 miles south of james bay. there is much history about the place and the surrounding areas. i am still learning and clarifying details about it.

i am first peoples descendant. many topics about why i self identify as a first person descendant. ask me and we can talk more about it.

i am a budding event photographer. i have been taking pictures since 2003. sometimes people pay me to take photos, and sometimes people pay me for the photos i take. i like to focus on the smiles, the laughter, and the focus of people. while candid photography is my favourite, i have been trained in portrait photography.

i am a lazy graphic designer. since 2001, i’ve been designing things. i also code things. i still self-identify as a web designer, although my skills are waning. what i mean by lazy is that i am slow. i take my time to understand the client and their world. i then apply my ability of storytelling and share the nuances of what makes the client unique and compelling. i am very picky about whose story i share.
